Sarah Wolf, LMSW, CAADC, Therapist at Allow Therapy Partners

Sarah Wolf, LMSW, CAADC (she/her)

Sometimes the weight we carry isn't from one defining moment — it's years of quiet wounds and hard seasons that slowly shape the way we show up in the world. You've tried to move forward, but familiar patterns keep resurfacing: the anxiety, the strain in your relationships, the feeling of being stuck in a life that doesn't quite feel like yours. You don't have to keep carrying that alone.

I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, substance use, and the complexities of relationships and family — supporting you in moving from simply getting through the day to reconnecting with who you truly are. My approach is collaborative, honest, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are. Drawing from EMDR, CBT, DBT, somatic practices, and motivational interviewing, we'll work together to address the roots of what's keeping you stuck, build on the strengths you already have, and develop lasting tools for change. I have a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the role it plays in lasting healing. This informs how I show up with clients — helping you tune into what your nervous system is telling you and find grounding that extends beyond the therapy room and into your everyday life.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University in 2016 and hold a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) certification. With over 10 years of community mental health experience — including work with individuals living with severe mental illness and a role in clinical supervision — I have a deep passion for mentoring new clinicians alongside the meaningful work of supporting clients. It is a true honor to walk alongside you on this path — from surviving to genuinely living.
