Ann Brady, LMSW, CAADC (she/her)
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is a meaningful step toward caring for yourself. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, processing past experiences, or looking for new ways to cope and grow, therapy can provide a space to feel understood and supported.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), I am passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support.
My professional experience includes working in community mental health, where I have supported adults living with severe and persistent mental illnesses, substance use concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex life stressors. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for the resilience people demonstrate while managing significant challenges and has strengthened my commitment to providing individualized, person-centered care.
I recognize that no single approach works for everyone. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from several evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). By integrating these modalities in a nonjudgmental environment, I help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-understanding, process difficult experiences, and work toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
Seeking therapy can be one of the most courageous investments you make in yourself, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing, growth, and lasting change.
